Senior Project Manager – Mobile Access Program

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the Mobile Access program, overseeing OSP/ISP and IBS rollouts across the network. You will be accountable for quality, schedule, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consultant services, control work quality and quantity, and guide the project team.
• Define objectives and priorities for Mobile Access, OSP/ISP, and IBS rollouts in line with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, monitoring progress and proactively addressing bottlenecks.
• Coordinate activities across all departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise deliverables, compile results, and present them to the client in the required format.
• Establish issue‑tracking mechanisms and lead regular progress review meetings.
• Review changing requirements and resource needs, recommending adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to the Responsibility Matrix by all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably telecommunications.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a senior project‑management role.
• Extensive experience delivering large‑scale mobile rollouts (LTE, 5G, IoT).
• Formal training in project‑management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
