Senior Projects Manager

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead fast‑track fit‑out projects across a range of sectors in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the full project life‑cycle, from inception to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Research and build relationships with new clients; attend industry events.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process and supervise contract negotiations.
• Identify stakeholders, create communication plans, and develop detailed project schedules.
• Plan procurement activities in line with project timelines and manage risk mitigation.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules and select subcontractors.
• Coordinate design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records and oversee site operations.
• Manage vendors, trades, and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain client communication throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale fit‑out or interior contracting projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to work on projects across different locations in KSA.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
