Senior Proposal Engineer – Riyadh (Saudi Citizen)

About the role

The Senior Proposal Engineer (Saudi Citizen) leads the creation of technical and commercial proposals for supervision projects in Riyadh. Working closely with the Business Development & Proposals Manager, the role ensures timely, cost‑effective tender submissions that enhance K&A’s competitiveness and win‑rate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop supervision proposal method statements, cost estimates, and project delivery budgets.
• Prepare and coordinate pre‑qualification documents, bid bonds, performance bonds, and other tender requirements.
• Consolidate staff resumes, project references, and qualifications for proposal packages.
• Support design proposal teams with local market intelligence and documentation requirements.
• Identify project and contract risks, recommend price ranges, and calculate direct project costs.
• Collaborate with Riyadh Geography Manager and senior supervision managers to validate costs, margins, and contingencies.
• Package, review, and submit both design and supervision proposals, and follow up with clients on status and negotiations.

Required profile

• Saudi citizenship.
• Extensive experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for engineering or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, pre‑qualification, and bonding requirements.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
