Senior Quality Engineer – Large Infrastructure Road Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance on a large‑scale road infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing construction of roads, highways, bridges and tunnels, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction processes to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze construction data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Train and supervise staff on quality assurance procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits for compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, test plans and protocols.
• Investigate client complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor material and supply inventory to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the quality of finished works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Management or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CQE, CQA or MQM are desirable.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering and transportation projects.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, report writing and problem‑solving skills.
• Transferable Iqama for non‑Saudis and willingness to work in a multinational environment.
