Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Key responsibilities

• Manage MEP quantity surveying and cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Review MEP subcontractor quotations, variations, and payment applications.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders.
• Review subcontractor and supplier commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, Engineering, and Project teams.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of MEP works.
• Support final accounts, commercial close‑out, and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, variations, measurements, and commercial correspondence.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in MEP quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Experience with large‑scale or luxury hotel projects (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP subcontracting, contracts, variations, claims, and cost control.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
