Senior Recruitment Manager

About the role

HanmiGlobal is looking for a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and develop the regional recruitment function across the MENA region. The role will design a scalable recruitment platform to support large‑scale project mobilisation in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment activities across the MENA region and develop a regional workforce planning strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and manage long‑term talent pipelines for technical, corporate, and executive roles.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for executive, technical, commercial, project management and support positions, ensuring rapid mobilisation for large projects.
• Implement and optimise modern recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and introduce analytics and digital talent acquisition tools.
• Coordinate with senior management, operations, PMO, project directors and HR on resource requirements, salary benchmarking, market conditions and compliance.
• Strengthen HanmiGlobal’s employer brand through agency partnerships, university relations, LinkedIn campaigns and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale PMC, PMO, infrastructure, engineering consultancy and development programmes in the GCC.
• Strong regional market knowledge, workforce planning expertise and operational leadership skills.
