Senior Sales Account Manager – Government & Corporate Accounts

About the role

Naseej is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager with deep experience in the Saudi market to lead high‑value sales initiatives across governmental and corporate clients. The role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing complex deals, particularly with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and its subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of key governmental and corporate accounts throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within PIF, its subsidiaries, and other government entities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and nurture C‑level and senior stakeholder relationships within target accounts.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the KSA landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of closing deals with governmental entities, especially PIF or its subsidiaries.
• Solid experience selling to corporate clients in addition to the public sector.
• Background in knowledge management, information solutions, or related technology sectors is preferred.
