Senior Security Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Security Manager to join the Project Management Office for a high‑profile infrastructure development in Riyadh. The role supports the client’s security policies at program and project levels, providing hands‑on coordination, risk assessment, and incident response for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the organization’s safety and security strategy and policies.
• Conduct on‑site training for Project Management Consultants and contractors.
• Advise the client on security matters and help produce, implement, and maintain security SOPs.
• Coordinate senior management response to incidents, emergencies, and crises.
• Assess and manage security situations related to existing and upcoming project scopes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in security management.
• Saudi national with proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to model KBR’s culture, values, and foster teamwork.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
