Senior Software Solutions Architect (SAS)

About the role

The Senior Software Solutions Architect will design and deliver integrated industrial automation and enterprise software solutions that bridge operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). The role focuses on creating scalable, reliable, and secure digital architectures for utilities, energy, water, infrastructure and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer business and technical requirements and develop end‑to‑end automation and digital architectures.
• Create solution blueprints, system architectures, functional specifications and technical documentation, including cybersecurity, networking and cloud/on‑prem deployment designs.
• Configure, customize and deploy software applications, develop use cases, workflows, dashboards and reports, and perform testing, validation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Integrate platforms such as SCADA, DMS/ADMS, EMS, APM, EAM, GIS, IoT, ERP, CMMS, cloud and analytics solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical presentations, and support proposal and bid activities.
• Design predictive‑maintenance, AI, machine‑learning, analytics and digital‑twin solutions to drive digital transformation.
• Support factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, deployment, training and customer acceptance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex OT/IT integration projects in the utilities or industrial sector.
• Strong leadership with the ability to take full responsibility for solution delivery, anticipate issues and make timely decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to translate corporate goals into actionable business plans and monitor performance.
