Senior Solution Architect (Pre‑Sales) – BPM

About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Pre‑Sales) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will support and manage strategic ARIS opportunities across the MENA region, acting as a trusted advisor on Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for BPM and lead cross‑functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
• Engage C‑level executives to articulate the value of ARIS solutions and BPM strategies.
• Deliver presentations, demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop industry‑specific showcases, and align customer feedback with product enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to sales strategies and go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of presales experience with a proven ability to present technology solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools and strong technical acumen in product architecture, security, and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Business‑level fluency in English and legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
