Senior Structural Engineer – Design & Analysis

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and analysis on social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering safe, efficient, and durable structural solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety standards.
• Review and mentor junior engineers, providing feedback on their designs.
• Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to resolve construction challenges.
• Lead technical discussions and stay updated on emerging structural engineering trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering on large‑scale projects.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
• Expertise in structural analysis and design.
