Senior System Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join a technology‑driven organization operating in the construction and infrastructure sector in Saudi Arabia. The role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that systems are scalable, secure and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate them into clear system and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and project managers to design and enhance system solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for performance, scalability and security.
• Lead system analysis activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including workflows, use cases and technical requirements.
• Support testing, implementation and post‑deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with organisational standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven senior‑level experience as a System Analyst.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, databases and enterprise applications.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in hybrid or cross‑functional environments; Gulf‑region experience is a plus.
