Senior Talent Partner

About the role

Mirai is establishing its new office in Riyadh and seeks a Senior Talent Partner to lead the recruitment function. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will shape talent acquisition strategy, build a high‑performing hiring team, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects Mirai’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy for KSA operations, including job analysis, market research, and data‑driven improvements.
• Build, iterate, and continuously improve recruitment processes and programs to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Partner with local PBP and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted hiring plans.
• Hire, coach, and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Lead stakeholder management across IT, Facilities, and other internal teams to deliver an integrated candidate journey.
• Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and drive accountability for recruitment outcomes.
• Develop and launch an internship program to support future talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian job market and proven success in delivering recruitment results.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent collaboration, cultural awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
