Senior Team Manager – Civil Engineering

About the role

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager to lead civil engineering projects at its Hail site in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees day‑to‑day site operations, manages work crews and contractors, and ensures all construction activities meet quality, safety and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, work crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Monitor project quality, progress and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or engineering role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with soil, aggregate, cement and field compaction testing.
• Background in construction quality control and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
