Senior Team Manager

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives within its Quality Assurance function in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on proactively addressing customer complaints, non‑compliances, delivery issues, rejects, dumps and hygiene audit findings to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects triggered by customer complaints, non‑compliances, delivery issues, rejects, dumps and hygiene audit findings.
• Lead investigations into food safety incidents and quality deviations on products and raw materials.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and develop preventive and corrective actions.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities with operations to ensure implementation of improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Proven track record of handling customer complaints and food safety investigations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
