Senior Technical Architecture Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architecture Engineer to join our Technical Office team and support high‑rise building projects. The role involves design development, IFC documentation, multidisciplinary coordination and on‑site technical support to ensure all architectural outputs are fully coordinated, compliant and buildable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review Design Development and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, ensuring full coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and architectural details for façades, wet areas, podiums and cores.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers and façade consultants, resolve design clashes and participate in coordination meetings.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material submissions and mock‑ups for compliance and constructability.
• Respond to RFIs, issue technical clarifications and provide construction‑related solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense and municipal requirements, supporting authority approvals.
• Work within a BIM environment (Revit preferred), manage documentation control and support clash detection (Navisworks or similar).

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented, persevering, self‑motivated and people‑oriented professional.
• Strong understanding of high‑rise building design and construction processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Revit
• Navisworks (or similar clash detection tools)
• BIM environment proficiency
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and civil defense regulations
