Sensorial Lab Analyst – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join MBRF’s sensory laboratory team to ensure the highest sensorial quality of finished products and ingredients. You will work closely with QA, R&D and Production to support product development and consumer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and measure sensorial quality of finished products and ingredients according to specifications.
• Conduct sensorial analyses for customer complaints, shelf‑life samples and new product evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory procedures, manage equipment integrity and record data.
• Support QA, R&D and Production by providing sensorial testing plans and detailed reports.
• Train technical staff, develop in‑house sensory panels and disseminate sensorial knowledge.

Required profile

• Diploma in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in sensory analysis or food laboratory work.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to be based in Jeddah or relocate there.
