Server – Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Server to join the food‑and‑beverage team at Conrad Riyadh. The role involves delivering an excellent guest experience by serving meals and beverages promptly while maintaining thorough knowledge of the menu.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage queries and ensure timely service.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menu items and products.
• Keep mise‑en‑place stocked at all floor stations.
• Follow reporting procedures for any issues.
• Ensure food and beverage orders meet consistent quality standards and are delivered promptly.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire safety and health‑and‑safety legislation.

Required skills

• Experience in cash handling.
