ServiceNow Developer (Remediation & Testing)

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead remediation and testing efforts across our ServiceNow platform. You will ensure platform stability, quality, and performance while supporting transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remediation on existing ServiceNow implementations, fixing defects and optimizing configurations.
• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Analyze and resolve issues arising from upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
• Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer).
• Proven track record in remediation, defect fixing, and troubleshooting on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression and UAT testing, including upgrade testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
