Site Buyer – GSM Operations (Saudi National)

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Saudi national to act as the Site Buyer for GSM operations in the Kingdom. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely shipment of critical materials and to resolve supply chain issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturing teams and global stakeholders to expedite or reschedule urgent shipments.
• Support order management, shipment tracking and inventory balancing activities.
• Resolve material master data, customs registration and pricing issues with GSM/GCM/Suppliers.
• Close shipment or material discrepancies such as unmatched quantity, quality issues or cargo incidents.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve ASN quality, ETA accuracy and overall operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, logistics or related operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑initiated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
