Site Manager – Construction & Facility Operations

About the role

Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all site operations for construction, maintenance and facilities management projects across healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures resources, schedules and safety standards are maintained while delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all site operation and maintenance activities for services and systems.
• Provide professional guidance and technical support to supervisors and engineers.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and review regular and peak operational activities.
• Initiate corrective measures for existing services in coordination with the Work Control Centre (WCC).
• Ensure full implementation of the Work Control Programme and related procedures for all O&M activities.
• Report irregular incidents, faults and accidents promptly to the Project Manager.
• Submit regular technical reports on operations, maintenance and system performance.
• Maintain contact with contractors and oversee O&M subcontractors, reporting irregularities.
• Ensure compliance of technical staff with O&M administrative policies and procedures.
• Optimize costs by minimizing unnecessary overtime and resource wastage.
• Promote a strong safety culture and professional discipline among staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in overseeing site operations for construction, maintenance or facilities management projects.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong judgment to initiate corrective actions and resolve technical issues.
• Experience supervising technical staff and ensuring compliance with safety and administrative procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to report incidents, prepare technical reports and conduct meetings.
