Site Manager (Substation Projects)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead electrical substation construction projects in the Eastern Province. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within quality and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities for HV/MV electrical substations.
• Coordinate directly with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and SEC procedures.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Track subcontractor performance and enforce compliance.
• Organise site inspections and obtain necessary SEC approvals.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues promptly.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Lead site teams to achieve project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical substation projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEC requirements, standards, specifications, and site procedures.
• Experience with HV/MV substations and testing/commissioning coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and site‑management skills.
• Good command of English; candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
