Skilled Helper – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Skilled Helper to support our manufacturing floor. The role involves handling raw materials, preparing rolls and pallets, and assisting operators to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Check and load various raw materials (RM) and off‑spec material (ORM) continuously.
• Prepare rolls for mounting on machines and set up pallets and packing material as needed.
• Handle packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transfer of items to work‑in‑process or finished‑goods areas.
• Monitor machines and product flow during production runs.
• Collect required paperwork, parts, and tools from related sections.
• Dispose of generated waste according to safety guidelines.
• Assist team leaders, lead operators, and operators upon request, including labeling rolls and pallets.
• Report any quality defects to QC, team leaders, and operators.
• Support operators in achieving KPI targets.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
