About the role
We are looking for a skilled truck driver to handle the safe transportation of goods and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. The role combines driving duties with vehicle maintenance and customer service responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor loading and unloading activities according to the loading manifest.
- Schedule regular vehicle service appointments and report any issues.
- Book car wash and detailing services to keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean.
- Transport goods to designated destinations efficiently and safely.
- Perform monthly truck maintenance tasks, including cleaning, oil changes, and filter replacements.
- Ensure customer invoices are stamped and returned to the central services department.
- Report customer complaints to the supervisor and suggest improvement ideas.
Required profile
- Ability to monitor loading and unloading processes accurately.
- Capability to schedule and coordinate vehicle service and cleaning.
- Experience in transporting goods to various destinations.
- Attention to detail in handling invoices and customer feedback.
