Smart Home Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Smart Home Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of smart home installations across Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of smart home projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively and keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee installation, integration and commissioning of smart home systems.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the smart home or related technology sector.
• Prior hands‑on experience with smart home systems or similar technical solutions.
• Experience working in the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large‑scale technical projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
