Social Media Manager – Hospitality (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh. The role focuses on developing engaging content, managing influencer collaborations, and supporting paid campaigns to boost brand awareness in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and others.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and produce high‑quality photography and short‑form videos.
• Design social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva and write compelling captions in Arabic and/or English.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, presenting plans, reports and campaign results.
• Identify, negotiate and coordinate influencer collaborations, tracking performance and ROI.
• Assist in planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and industry updates to recommend innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or account management.
• Prior experience in restaurant, café or hospitality marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food presentation, menu storytelling and F&B customer experience.
• Excellent written communication in Arabic and/or English.
