Key responsibilities

• Manage client social media accounts professionally and organize all related activities.
• Study business objectives, target audiences and competitors to build tailored strategies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly content and marketing plans with clear publishing schedules.
• Write Arabic marketing and advertising copy; English proficiency is a plus.
• Develop sales or marketing plans aimed at increasing awareness, reach, engagement, leads or sales.
• Identify and monitor performance indicators linked to business goals.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to deliver high‑quality content on time.
• Oversee advertising campaigns, work with specialists and optimise performance.
• Monitor audience interactions, comments and trends, providing actionable recommendations.
• Analyse reach, impressions, clicks, conversions and business outcomes.
• Prepare professional monthly reports with results, comparisons, challenges and recommendations.
• Present reports and proposals to clients confidently.

Required profile

• Strong experience in managing social media accounts and creating marketing strategies.
• Excellent Arabic copywriting skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and growth tactics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Organised, deadline‑driven and committed to client satisfaction.
