About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineering Analyst to join our delivery team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about software development and want hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications under senior guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and performance optimisation activities.
• Maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project managers by understanding client needs, attending meetings, and documenting action items.
• Provide timely project updates and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in software development and delivery.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
