Spa Manager – Luxury Hotel & Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in five‑star hotel or resort environments and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of therapists and support staff.
• Drive revenue growth and increase sales through effective marketing and service offering strategies.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Maintain strong customer service focus, resolving issues promptly and creating memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices and market trends.
