About the role

The Spa Receptionist (Female) will be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury spa in Riyadh. You will ensure a smooth and memorable experience from check‑in to check‑out, handling guest requests and providing local information.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Respond to guest requests, provide information about the spa and local attractions.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
• Stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Female candidates only, Saudi nationals.
• No supervisory experience or licenses needed.
