Sr. System Integration Presales Engineer

About the role

The Senior System Integration Presales Engineer will support large public‑sector opportunities in Saudi Arabia, guiding the full presales lifecycle from tender analysis to solution positioning and proposal submission. You will act as the technical bridge between the sales team and government customers, designing integrated IT and digital transformation solutions that meet strict procurement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end presales activities for public‑sector bids, managing the RFP/RFI/RFQ lifecycle.
• Analyse tender documents and create compliant technical and commercial proposals.
• Design and position solutions across IT infrastructure, ERP platforms, consulting, managed services and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, alliances and subject‑matter experts to build winning proposals.
• Engage with public‑sector stakeholders to capture business requirements and align solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos and executive‑level solution walkthroughs.
• Manage bid timelines, governance, documentation and ensure on‑time submission.
• Ensure compliance with KSA public procurement regulations and submission protocols.
• Support clarification responses, negotiations and post‑submission activities.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and benchmarking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 4–8 years of presales or solution consulting experience, preferably in the Saudi public sector.
• Proven experience responding to government RFPs and large‑scale tenders.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365), consulting and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience selling to government or semi‑government entities in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
