Sr. Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Support

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (Enterprise Support) to help the world’s largest enterprises maximise value from AWS. You will act as the technical leader and advocate for customers, shaping cloud strategies across Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, AI/ML, Networking and Serverless services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build solutions, providing technical guidance while advocating for the customer’s interests.
• Maintain operational health of AWS environments, reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers to understand business needs and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade‑offs and risk management with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Development, Professional Services and Sales teams.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Deliver detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics and pre‑launch planning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience influencing large enterprises on cloud adoption.
• Strong technical acumen across AWS services.
• Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work with C‑suite executives and technical teams.
