Sr. Test Analyst

About the role

The Senior Test Analyst will validate complex web services and APIs for enterprise billing and revenue management systems. Working on‑site, you will design, execute, and automate test scenarios for REST and SOAP services while ensuring data integrity through SQL queries.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies and test cases for web‑service testing using industry‑standard tools.
• Execute API testing for REST and SOAP services, verifying request/response flows and data accuracy.
• Create detailed test data sets with SQL to validate business rules, transformations, and billing scenarios.
• Use Postman to build, automate, and run regression and smoke test collections.
• Apply SoapUI to model service contracts, create reusable test suites, and validate SOAP responses.
• Perform end‑to‑end validation of billing workflows by combining UI tests, SQL data checks, and API validations.
• Document reproducible defects with steps, logs, payloads, and SQL evidence.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and operations to clarify requirements and align test coverage with business priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in API and web‑service testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
