Staff Nurse I – Medical/Surgical

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse I to join our Medical/Surgical unit in Riyadh. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive nursing care, follow the nursing process, and uphold the highest standards of practice while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical and surgical wards, adhering to established nursing processes and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform required clinical procedures safely and accurately.
• Act as shift resource or team leader when assigned, coordinating staff activities and ensuring smooth unit operations.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two (2) years of full‑time experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical/surgical setting.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the country of origin and a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Strong understanding of the nursing process and patient safety principles.
