Store Manager

About the role

Dopeamine is a growing specialty coffee brand seeking an energetic, hands‑on Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily store operations: opening, closing, cash handling, and shift scheduling.
• Lead, train, and motivate the barista team on brewing standards and service.
• Maintain top quality in espresso, filter and manual brews (V60, etc.) and ensure hygiene.
• Manage coffee bean and supplies inventory, ordering, and waste control.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through upselling and great service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in a specialty coffee shop.
• Transferable Iqama and a valid Saudi driving licence (candidates must be currently in Saudi Arabia).
• Fluent Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays, with immediate start preferred.
