Strategic Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to be based in Jeddah and serve as the primary liaison for key accommodation partners across Saudi Arabia. You will drive growth of existing relationships, uncover new supply opportunities, and ensure Agoda remains the preferred platform for hotels and holiday properties in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners, acting as their trusted advisor on Agoda.
• Conduct regular in‑person and virtual performance reviews, sharing data‑driven insights and agreed‑upon action plans.
• Analyze market and partner data to identify supply gaps and propose tailored solutions.
• Support partners in improving visibility, pricing strategy, content quality, and participation in promotions.
• Onboard new partners, providing training on Agoda tools, products, and programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, pricing) to design and execute joint campaigns.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, flag risks early, and adjust plans to meet growth targets.
• Prepare and present performance reports for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a client‑facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical ability to use data for identifying opportunities.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently in a market‑facing role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
