Strategic Marketing Manager – Brand & Events

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally aware Marketing Manager to shape the brand presence of our family‑owned company across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for translating our legacy into a modern visual identity, driving brand awareness, and managing high‑impact corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and enforce the full visual identity, including logo, colour palette, typography and design language.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive Brand Guidelines and ensure consistent application across all channels.
• Plan and execute internal corporate events and manage the company’s presence at external exhibitions and industry gatherings.
• Create and implement a marketing strategy to boost brand awareness locally and nationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, press and external marketing partners.
• Oversee digital content – social media, website and digital campaigns – ensuring brand consistency.
• Track key performance indicators and report results to senior management.
• Craft corporate communications, internal announcements and public statements with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in corporate event planning and brand identity management.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, its cultural nuances and business landscape.
• Experience in a family‑owned or private enterprise is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and external partners.
