Strategic Performance & Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Performance & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategy Department. The role focuses on building and maintaining performance measurement systems, turning data into actionable insights, and supporting the execution of corporate strategy across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the KPI framework and Balanced Scorecard, tracking departmental and branch performance.
• Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for senior leadership.
• Analyze trends, produce insights, and deliver recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Support the preparation of strategic and operational plans, and create executive presentations for committees and the Board.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, business intelligence or data analysis.
• Certified KPI Professional or Certified KPI Practitioner.
• Proven experience developing and managing KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, and strategic plans.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior management.
