Strategy Intern – Corporate Development & Strategy

About the role

This internship supports the Strategy and Corporate Development teams, giving you hands‑on exposure to mergers & acquisitions, partnership sourcing, and strategic analysis. You will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and prepare actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and track potential M&A targets, joint‑venture partners, and strategic alliances.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to value opportunities.
• Assist in due‑diligence activities, reviewing financial, legal, and operational documents.
• Support post‑merger integration planning and monitor progress of acquired assets.
• Conduct market and competitive research, including TAM/SAM/SOM sizing and technology trends.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and memoranda for the C‑Suite and Board of Directors.
• Analyze internal and external data sets to generate business insights.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Strategy is a strong plus.
