Strategy Senior Consultant – Real Estate (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Strategy Senior Consultant to join its Real Estate practice in Riyadh. The role supports sovereign wealth funds and leading developers across the real estate lifecycle, delivering strategic road‑maps, feasibility studies and growth initiatives for residential, retail, hospitality and commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to client engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop long‑term strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept ideation, highest‑and‑best‑use analysis and destination strategies.
• Support tourism product development, market entry, business transformation and greenfield projects.
• Advise on feasibilities, transactions, operator selection and acquisition processes, including valuations.
• Coach junior team members, ensure quality of deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university with strong academic performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy work within real estate consulting, private equity or real estate development.
• Preferred CFA, CAIA or RICS qualification.
• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism focusing on strategy, acquisition, valuation, asset management and market research.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region as needed.
