About the role
The Structural BIM Engineer will be responsible for designing, analysing, and coordinating structural systems for themed environments, attractions, and entertainment facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration within multidisciplinary BIM‑based workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Design and analyse primary or secondary steel structures.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and calculation reports.
- Review structural drawings and reports for accuracy.
- Ensure designs comply with client standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate structural models with all disciplines using Navisworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering (master's preferred).
- 5–10 years of structural engineering experience, preferably in theme parks, entertainment venues, or complex architectural structures.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international standards such as ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode.
