Supply Chain Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a leading construction organization. The role combines strategic planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics to ensure material availability and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimisation initiatives.
• Develop and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance management.
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient storage, distribution and material flow.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, supplier performance and working‑capital utilisation.
• Drive cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement projects across procurement and logistics.
• Lead, mentor and develop supply chain teams while fostering cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 9–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, covering planning, procurement and warehouse management.
• Strong background in supplier management, inventory planning and logistics operations.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPIM or PMP are highly preferred.
