Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate purchasing, inventory, order processing and logistics for SEWAR GROUP. The role will use Odoo ERP to ensure accurate data flow across sales, warehouse and finance teams, supporting timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, overseeing product movement.
• Process and track all supply‑chain transactions in Odoo ERP.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing and logistics records within Odoo.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and address operational issues.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels and purchasing.
• Support demand planning and stock replenishment activities.
• Keep documentation up‑to‑date and ensure data accuracy in the system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory or logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, especially Purchase and Inventory modules.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
