Shift Leader (Logistic)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader – Logistics to join a leading pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring safety, and coordinating a multinational shop‑floor team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly reports and attend operational meetings.
• Conduct training sessions and communicate effectively with the team.
• Assess workplace safety risks and ensure HSE compliance.
• Manage the SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory control.
• Lead and supervise a multinational shop‑floor crew, including handling rotational shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of logistics/shifting leadership experience.
• Good command of English (spoken, written and reading).
• Engineering, Commerce or Computer Science degree preferred.
• Physically fit to work in indoor/outdoor GCC weather conditions.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime and holidays.

Required skills

• SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of lifting equipment.
• HSE knowledge and relevant certifications.
