About the role
Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Support and Deployment Engineer to join the support team for Azeus Convene, a multi‑awarded meeting and collaboration solution used by boards and leadership teams worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy servers with hardening and firewall policies.
- Support deployment of Azeus applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure and KSA cloud.
- Deploy applications on client premises and configure related security settings.
- Identify and analyse system integration problems.
- Resolve server issues by determining root causes and applying corrective actions.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
- Recommend and automate recurring tasks.
- Provide on‑call support for cases as needed.
Required profile
- Fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays and different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
