System Administrator

About the role

Altakassusi Alliance Medical LLC is seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and secure its Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise IT services across multiple locations. The role involves ensuring high availability, supporting end‑users, and collaborating with network and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environment, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including email and user provisioning.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system issues to end users.
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and data protection initiatives.
• Implement security controls, patch management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper‑V) and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to maintain stability and resolve incidents.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and operational activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with DLP solutions and enterprise backup/disaster recovery.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage critical incidents, and travel between sites.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
