System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Floward’s IT infrastructure. This role involves managing servers, networks, virtual environments, and user access across the organization, while providing technical support to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and monitor computer systems, network servers, and virtualized environments.
• Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Manage virtual servers and support virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to meet operational requirements.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, IPS/IDS, antivirus, anti‑malware, and anti‑spam solutions.
• Administer LAN/WAN connectivity and ensure network security through access controls and policies.
• Handle backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Manage Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID accounts, permissions, and authentication.
• Provide technical support for user account and access issues.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows environments and virtualization technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Experience with security solutions and access management.
