Systems Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of complex infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept through construction and close‑out.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate with architects, civil and structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
