Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Associate to join our award‑winning team at KEO International Consultants’ Riyadh office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with hiring managers as an internal service provider.
• Oversee a full talent acquisition portfolio.
• Conduct detailed position briefings with hiring managers.
• Source CVs and present pre‑qualified short‑lists, meeting KPI for direct sourcing.
• Pre‑close candidates on salary expectations within FM and salary band parity, meeting KPI for offer acceptance.
• Arrange international face‑to‑face, video, and telephone interviews.
• Introduce successful candidates to HR and mobilisation teams.
• Maintain the database and ATS (iCIMs) up to date and utilized effectively.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Promote KEO as an employer of choice to potential candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using the iCIMs applicant tracking system.
