Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo: introduce the platform to HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate connections: help new users understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback: relay insights that help improve the product.
• Earn commissions: receive payment for every successful client referral, with bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current HR professional, recruiter or consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
